Business Performance Coaching - 6 Months

  • Superstar Selling: Get more ideal prospects, solution selling, overcoming objections, closing more sales
  • Effective Leadership: Taking responsibility, mission, vision, values; purpose, strategic thinking, execution

Strategic Planning

Work with the executive team of your organization to develop a Strategic Plan that includes, the contains key driving elements of establishing a clear plan for business growth.

Service includes:

  • Review of current strategic plan, scorecards, and key projects
  • Onsite review of operations, leadership and select staff interviews
  • Interviews with select dealers or other relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitation of Strategic Planning session(s)
  • A Documented strategic plan
  • Final review/sign-off session with the leadership team
  • Facilitation of quarterly reviews with your executive team
