Steve has a passion for helping business leaders and owners achieve their full potential and is dedicated to enhancing the profitability of small to medium sized businesses. He has a proven track record of success in supply chain management, strategic business planning, employee engagement, and project management having delivered outstanding results throughout his career. He is a certified Business Coach through FocalPoint Training and more recently became a Scaling Up Certified Coach. As your business coach, Steve will help you to grow and manage your business. He will help you to understand and implement proven business concepts, which are guaranteed to generate a quick ‘Return On Investment’. He will work with you to develop plans in key areas related to achieving success, such as leadership, management, delegation, sales, marketing, productivity, growth, decision making and execution.

Steve has successfully managed and coached teams both professionally and during his personal time. As your business coach, Steve has a wide range of solid business skills that he will draw upon to assist you in building a road map to higher levels of achievement. Steve spent more than 30 years in leadership positions in small to large organizations in distribution and manufacturing. Most notably was Steve’s 19 years working for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Throughout his career he worked with more than a thousand companies around the world. His success in getting the most of those business relationships was based upon building high levels of trust and a deep commitment to achieving mutually beneficial objectives. Steve has carried his relationship-based approach into his coaching business to assist clients in achieving improvements in all areas of the business, while maximizing revenue, profitability, and return on investment.
Additionally, Steve brings to his clients best in class business practices which he learned and implemented while working with world renown manufacturing companies. Steve received his undergraduate degree from University of Illinois and his master’s degree from University of Missouri – Kansas City. Steve is married and has 3 children, so he knows the importance of achieving a work-life balance. Also, Steve is five-time Ironman finisher and plans to complete more races. Steve utilizes the services of a coach and he relates his coach-client experience to that of business coaching - having someone dedicated to supporting and guiding you can help you reach new levels of success never previously thought.
