How your company performs in the market is directly related to your ratio of satisfied customers. Listening to the feedback from these customers is an essential way to help grow your business, but also to remain competitive in the market.
  1. Understand your market – Market conditions are constantly changing. You need to keep an eye on your target market and competitors to recognize these changes and adapt accordingly. You can’t stick to a one-and-done approach when creating a product or service or you will fall behind your competitors who are meeting the evolving wants and needs of the market.
